HIV data for 2025 and 2026 are preliminary and subject to a 12-month reporting delay. Due to ongoing reporting of HIV diagnoses and laboratory results to CDC, these data should be considered incomplete until at least 12 months have passed since the year ended and should not be used to assess trends, evaluate changes over time, or compare counts with previous years.

Nationally Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System (NNDSS) STI case notification data for 2024 are provisional as of August 14, 2025; therefore, case counts and rates may change when 2024 data are finalized.

Demographics
